About the role

Join the hospitality team at Porta Chiara Hotel Istanbul and create memorable experiences for every guest. As a Housekeeping Attendant you will ensure guest rooms are immaculate, well‑stocked and welcoming, contributing directly to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including bed making, bathroom sanitation, dusting, vacuuming and deep‑cleaning as needed.
• Replenish linens, towels and guest amenities to maintain a fully stocked room.
• Manage the housekeeping supply cart, ensuring all cleaning products and tools are organized and available.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, enhancing their stay.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas following hotel procedures.
