Hyper-Automation Engineer

About the role

The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) at Bosch is looking for a Hyper‑Automation Engineer to join the Process Intelligence team in Istanbul. You will drive the design and delivery of automation solutions that eliminate repetitive tasks, enabling colleagues to focus on strategic work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and prioritize manual workflows across the organisation for automation.
• Develop and deploy low‑code/no‑code solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps and Automation Anywhere.
• Design intelligent agents and cognitive automations with Generative AI tools such as Gemini, DIA Brain and Copilot.
• Create end‑to‑end, scalable and secure automation architectures.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert on hyper‑automation technologies and guide best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering (Computer or Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Hands‑on experience building automation solutions with RPA and low‑code platforms.
• Proven ability to analyse business processes and translate them into automation opportunities.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Platform – Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Automation Anywhere.
• UiPath, n8n or Bryter (optional).
• Generative AI models (e.g., Gemini) and agentic workflow design.
• RPA and low‑code/no‑code development.
