IT Support Engineer – Operations

About the role

Join Amazon's Operations Tech team as an IT Support Engineer, providing hands‑on technical assistance at a logistics site. You will work alongside on‑site colleagues and remote support teams to keep critical IT systems running smoothly, while gaining exposure to the latest technologies and career‑development resources.

Key responsibilities

• Install, support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, end‑user devices and applications for local users.
• Manage tickets and deliver both first‑line and second‑line support.
• Perform proactive maintenance to maximise equipment availability.
• Collaborate on projects and deliver innovations with other IT Service colleagues.

Required profile

• Experience using hardware and software such as Microsoft Office and Windows in an IT role.
• Background in an IT support environment or IT asset management/purchasing.
• Strong communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Valid driving licence.
• Advanced proficiency in the local language, both spoken and written.
