Key Account Manager – Marketplace Growth

About the role

Amazon is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its EU Expansion team. You will recruit and launch new sellers on Amazon’s marketplace, helping small and medium‑sized businesses grow by partnering with Amazon.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a business partner for selling partners, providing data‑driven insights and advice to optimise their performance.
• Educate new sellers on Amazon’s delivery standards and customer‑experience expectations.
• Enable partners to master Amazon’s tools and systems for catalog, inventory and performance management.
• Achieve business and financial objectives and drive third‑party revenue growth.
• Identify scalable opportunities to improve the Marketplace and manage roll‑out of solutions.
• Collaborate with global counterparts (EU, US, Asia) to share best practices and uncover new opportunities.
• Contribute to projects that enhance customer and seller experience, working with internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of sales experience managing large accounts.
• Proven track record of growing accounts or product marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to simplify complex concepts.
