Key Account Manager – Strategic Customer Growth

About the role

The Key Account Manager will drive strategic growth of assigned key customers, safeguarding and expanding their contribution to overall sales volume. You will own the full P&L, develop business plans and lead joint initiatives to ensure sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trade promotion budgets in line with company policies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive customer business, sales and activation plans.
• Provide market intelligence, category expertise and strategic recommendations.
• Consolidate retailer feedback and report execution issues.
• Own P&L responsibility and achieve sales targets.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes with customers.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects to align customer expectations with corporate objectives.
• Organise Top‑to‑Top meetings and build strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably in key account management.
• Proven experience managing discounter accounts.
• Advanced level of English.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
