Logistics Operations Specialist

About the role

Roche Diagnostics Turkey is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage end‑to‑end logistics processes in its supply chain. The role combines daily operational execution with a focus on efficiency, digital transformation and continuous improvement across 3PL, SAP integration and transportation management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring data accuracy between SAP and 3PL systems and resolve transportation or system issues.
• Analyse inventory discrepancies, conduct monthly stock counts with 3PL, and coordinate annual inventory preparations.
• Maintain compliance with GDP, SHE, environmental and quality standards, and manage waste and disposal according to sustainability principles.
• Optimize inventory levels, shelf‑life control and location‑based storage to match fluctuating sales volumes.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners on vehicle capacity, network optimisation and city‑based delivery schedules.
• Use digital tools such as SAP, Power BI and Tableau to measure performance, support automation projects and drive Lean improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in end‑to‑end logistics operations and 3PL management.
• Knowledge of inventory optimisation, transportation non‑conformance handling and sustainability practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDP, SHE and quality management systems.
