Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AWS & Product Platforms

About the role

Ministry of CRM is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to own a portfolio of internal and client‑facing applications and the AWS infrastructure that powers them. You will develop and maintain React and Next.js front‑ends, Node.js services, PostgreSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, and production services across AWS while receiving structured training in modern CRM tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage AWS production operations across EC2, Cognito, S3 and SES.
• Handle application deployments, configuration, access controls, authentication and incident response.
• Develop product features using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain Node.js backend services, PostgreSQL schemas and database migrations.
• Design and operate GitHub Actions pipelines for build validation and deployments.
• Create APIs, integrations, reporting pipelines and automation solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, recovery runbooks and ensure engineering quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production ownership.
• Senior‑level expertise in TypeScript across browser and server runtimes.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Production‑grade Node.js/NestJS (or equivalent) backend development.
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design, migrations and ORM usage.
• Hands‑on AWS ownership, specifically EC2, Cognito, S3 and SES.
• Proven CI/CD, GitHub and production deployment experience.
• Clear written and spoken English with solid documentation habits.
