Senior Partnerships Manager – European Consumer Business

About the role

Amazon Leo is building a global satellite broadband network to bring fast, affordable connectivity to underserved communities. The European Consumer team is expanding its indirect‑to‑consumer (B2B2C) channel, partnering with telecom operators and ISPs. We are looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to own commercial performance and partner relationships across Central Europe and emerging European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and influence Amazon Leo’s indirect‑to‑consumer strategy.
• Drive partner performance through hands‑on relationship management and execution of business plans.
• Track sell‑through metrics, identify growth opportunities, and ensure partners meet revenue and experience targets.
• Lead strategic review meetings on commercial performance, success metrics, and future goals.
• Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts to synthesize data, build business metrics, and produce decision‑making content for senior leadership.
• Define and implement scalable operating mechanisms, ways of working, and frameworks for partner engagement across Europe.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in Turkish and Turkish citizenship (required for export‑controlled information access).
• Proven experience in strategic partner management, preferably in telecom or broadband services.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
