Senior SEO & Account Manager – AI Search Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager & Account Manager with AI expertise to join our remote‑first digital marketing team. Based in Turkey, you will act as the trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, guiding them through advanced SEO strategies and the evolving landscape of AI‑driven search.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of SEO clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering measurable results.
• Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions focused on SEO priorities and AI search trends.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page audits, and implement technical SEO improvements such as structured data and Core Web Vitals.
• Develop, write or commission high‑quality SEO content and support ethical link‑building initiatives.
• Utilise AI‑powered tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, NeuronWriter) to enhance content ideation, production and optimisation.
• Design AI search optimisation strategies for conversational, voice and zero‑click results.
• Monitor algorithm updates, AI technology developments and track performance with GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Looker Studio.
• Analyse data, identify opportunities and translate insights into clear client‑facing recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing SEO accounts and delivering growth.
• Strong understanding of AI‑influenced search behaviour and emerging SERP formats.
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients and present strategic insights.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
