Export Manager – Bedding and Sleep Products

About the role

The Export Manager will lead international sales operations for a bedding and sleep products company based in Istanbul, driving export growth and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet business objectives.
• Identify and establish relationships with international clients and distributors.
• Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with overseas customers.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and events.

Required profile

• Degree in business, international trade, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations and international trade practices.
• Proven sales experience in the bedding and sleep products industry.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Capability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
