Buyer – Talent Pool

About the role

Join SHEIN’s Buyer Talent Pool to support the development of seasonal fashion assortments for a fast‑moving e‑commerce business. You will work closely with design, product development, merchandising, quality and supply‑chain teams to bring trend‑driven products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Build seasonal assortment plans aligned with category strategy, customer demand, market trends and sales targets.
• Research fashion trends, consumer preferences and competitor activity to guide product development.
• Identify best‑selling and slow‑moving items and translate insights into buying decisions.
• Manage product development from concept to delivery, balancing style, quality, cost, margin and lead time.
• Source and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate prices, order quantities and commercial terms.
• Monitor product quality, fit, construction details and production feasibility throughout development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Fashion Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Experience in buying, product development, merchandising, sourcing or category management within the apparel industry.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to interpret sales data and make product‑focused decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, highly dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English or Chinese and Turkish, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with product lifecycle management or buying systems (preferred).
