About the role

Alipay+ is expanding into Turkey and seeks an entrepreneurial, commercially driven professional to build its wallet acceptance network from the ground up. You will shape the future of payments by establishing strategic partnerships, enabling infrastructure, and driving transaction volume.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategy to expand Alipay+ merchant acceptance and grow TPV across Turkey.
• Build trusted relationships with BKM, acquirers, banks, PSPs, major merchants and other ecosystem partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations from initial engagement through contract signing and launch.
• Own integration and launch projects, coordinating product, technology, legal, compliance, risk, operations and marketing teams.
• Drive merchant adoption, onboarding, training and enablement to ensure active usage at point of sale.
• Create joint growth plans, campaigns and promotions to sustain transaction growth.
• Provide market insights on Turkey’s payments ecosystem, competition and regulatory environment to inform regional strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships or commercial development.
• Strong background in payments, fintech, banking, acquiring, PSPs or merchant services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent relationship‑building, influencing and negotiation skills with senior executives and operational teams.
