Assistant Merchandiser for Victoria’s Secret

About the role

The Assistant Merchandiser will support the Victoria’s Secret merchandising team in Turkey, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate reporting, and smooth coordination between the host brand and local stores.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and analyse sales and stock data to identify best‑ and worst‑selling items, margins and coverage.
• Generate internal and host‑brand reports, track shipment invoices and communicate shortages or excesses.
• Manage promotion and ticket price entry, prepare weekly allocation and transfer files, and organise shipments.
• Participate in weekly calls with international teams, coordinate information flow, and support merchandising planning, OTB and forward planning.
• Visit stores weekly to monitor stock levels, guide store teams and ensure timely information exchange.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering or related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), proactive, analytical and strong communicator.
• Highly organised with strong daily follow‑up and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
