Category Specialist / Executive

About the role

Join Getir, a fast‑growing mobile‑commerce leader, as a Category Specialist or Executive. You will shape the product assortment, drive data‑based decisions and build strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and add consumer‑favorite products to Getir’s catalogue.
• Report, analyse and deliver KPIs such as demand and volume.
• Conduct complex quantitative analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain and develop win‑win relationships with supplier partners.
• Execute purchasing processes for the assigned product group, including sourcing new products and negotiating with suppliers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of executive experience or 1‑3 years as a specialist in e‑commerce trading, retail or FMCG.
• BA degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering).
• Strong organisational, communication and analytical abilities.
• Passion for a dynamic startup environment and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
