Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Kronospan is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support personnel administration, payroll, and compliance across its operations. You will work closely with managers and employees to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support all aspects of personnel administration, reporting, and training.
• Manage applicant sourcing, social media recruitment, and candidate communication.
• Execute end‑to‑end monthly payroll accurately and on time, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
• Handle SSI notifications, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and statutory reporting.
• Maintain employee personnel files, respond to payroll and benefits inquiries, and support audits.
• Contribute to digitalisation and improvement of HR and payroll processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, HR or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on payroll.
• Effective communication, strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High energy, passion for HR, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with payroll systems such as Logo.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar payroll software (a plus).
