Plant HR Executive

About the role

The Plant HR Executive will lead the implementation and compliance of all HR policies, procedures and legal requirements at Diageo's Bilecik manufacturing site. You will support onboarding, off‑boarding, training, employee engagement and liaison with central HR functions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full implementation and compliance of legal and company HR policies at the plant.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for onboarding, off‑boarding and health‑related requirements.
• Enter data and prepare monthly KPI reports related to HR processes.
• Coordinate blue‑collar recruitment, including interviews, assessments and collaboration with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR).
• Manage vocational qualification certifications, operator licences and mandatory training programs.
• Conduct probation reviews, onboarding follow‑ups and exit interviews for blue‑collar staff.
• Support employee engagement surveys, analyse results and drive improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Central HR Business Partners on continuous improvement initiatives and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Preferably 4+ years of experience in Human Resources processes.
• Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Sociology, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into clear messages.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and HSE functions.
• Analytical mindset with advanced problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• Experience with HR documentation, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Familiarity with Turkish employment regulations and İŞKUR procedures.
• Ability to prepare KPI reports and analyse HR data.
• Knowledge of vocational qualification certification and mandatory training administration.
