License Compliance Advisor – Turkey

About the role

The License Compliance Advisor for Turkey works within Chaos' low‑touch License Compliance Volume motion. The role handles a high volume of inbound cases, owning the commercial conversation once a lead responds to an engagement campaign and moving each response to a closed sale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the reply queue for assigned Turkey cases and respond within the team’s SLA, progressing each case toward closure.
• Handle objections according to LC policies, applying the defined offer structure consistently.
• Guide end users to purchase through the correct channel (cart link, reseller, or LC SKU) and confirm order accuracy before closing.
• Apply standard LC pricing and settlement structure, escalating any counter‑offers or exceptions to the LC Senior Team Manager.
• Identify and route Amnesty Programme cases, applying the amnesty offer within its defined terms.
• Log every interaction and outcome in Salesforce and HubSpot in real time.
• Flag conflicts to the LC Manager immediately and escalate out‑of‑track cases with full context.
• Provide feedback on objections and edge cases to improve the team’s playbook.

Required profile

• Previous experience in inside sales, licence compliance, or a customer‑facing commercial role with quota‑carrying responsibility.
• Proven ability to work in high‑volume, target‑driven commercial queues.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Turkish.
• CRM experience required; Salesforce strongly preferred.

• Rigorous process discipline with accurate real‑time case logging.
• Ability to follow defined escalation procedures.
