Sales Manager, UCC (Urology & Critical Care) - Turkey

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead commercial performance of the Urology & Critical Care portfolio across Turkey, driving revenue growth, market expansion and customer adoption through strategic planning and distributor management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans to exceed sales objectives.
• Drive growth of the UCC portfolio across existing and new customer segments.
• Lead strategic account planning and opportunity management nationwide.
• Manage distributor relationships to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Conduct regular business reviews, forecasting and performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare stakeholders, procurement leaders and key opinion leaders.
• Support new product launches and portfolio expansion initiatives.
• Monitor competitive activities and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead, coach and develop sales professionals to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices or healthcare, with people leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable business growth and market share gains.
• Strong understanding of the Turkish healthcare environment and tender landscape.
