Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our luxury retail team in Istanbul. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, supporting sales targets, and representing the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to store turnover through proactive selling and upselling.
• Greet customers with warmth, patience and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Develop knowledge of after‑sales support processes and product details.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions.
• Participate in daily briefings and store communications.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and care for merchandise.
• Replenish stock, organise products and become familiar with all métiers.
• Complete all training programmes and share learnings with colleagues.

Required profile

• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Strong team spirit, initiative and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Warmth, empathy and excellent listening skills to build lasting client relationships.
• Ambassador of the brand with high personal standards.
