Senior Retail Domestic & International Training Specialist

About the role

The Senior Retail Domestic & International Training Specialist will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programs for our domestic and overseas retail stores, dealerships and corporate locations. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on coaching to ensure consistent retail standards and excellent customer experience worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end training processes, from needs analysis and curriculum design to scheduling, delivery and record‑keeping.
• Develop and maintain the Retail Training model across all stores, subsidiaries and dealerships, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Conduct on‑site observations, provide one‑on‑one coaching, and monitor sales, product knowledge and customer experience.
• Analyse participation, test results and KPI data to assess training impact and produce regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with third‑party providers, maintain training archives, newsletters and support the Store Onboarding Program for new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, store or sales training within the retail sector, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong presentation abilities, detail‑orientation and a results‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.

Required skills

• Learning Management Systems (LMS) implementation and management.
• SAP HR modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English (advanced level).
