Service Sales Support Representative (German Speaker)

About the role

The Service Sales Support Representative will support sales of assigned services, drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction for Eaton's global customer base. The role involves managing leads, providing product guidance and acting as an escalation point for service inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell distributed services and products via phone or email, generating and following up quotations until purchase orders are received.
• Proactively contact customers based on leads, manage service maintenance contracts, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with field sales, finance, product, technical sales support and marketing teams to maintain product knowledge and forecast sales.
• Maintain a sales funnel using CRM tools, provide accurate reporting and support contract renewals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical, IT or telecommunications.
• Fluent in German (B2‑C1) and English.
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset and ability to navigate corporate and channel structures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for sales funnel management and reporting.
• Technical sales aptitude and understanding of software applications and customization capabilities.
