About the role

We are seeking a bilingual editor with expert linguistic skills to help train AI chatbots in both Turkish and English. You will interact with AI models, evaluate their responses, and create new conversational content to improve their performance.

Key responsibilities

Conduct bilingual conversations with AI chatbots to assess progress.
Write original Turkish‑English dialogues that teach the bots appropriate responses.
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall quality.
Provide detailed feedback to guide model refinement.

Required profile

Fluency in both English and Turkish.
Detail‑oriented with an expert level of writing, editing, and communication in both languages.
Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).

Hourly pay starting at $25 USD per hour, with bonus rates on selected projects.
