Brand Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Executive to lead the development and execution of annual marketing communication plans, drive product launches and campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to strengthen our brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual marketing communication plans, campaign processes, and communication activities aligned with brand strategy.
• Plan and coordinate product launches, campaigns, content, events, and digital communication projects in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Manage relationships with advertising, media, creative, digital, and other external agencies; prepare briefs and ensure deliverables match brand objectives.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, category, product, and other teams to ensure effective implementation of communication projects.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor brand performance, prepare regular reports, and drive action plans to achieve business targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a relevant university.
• 6+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end marketing processes (strategy, planning, execution).
• Strong experience in planning and implementing product launches, campaigns, content, events, and digital communication projects.
• Experience in agency management, stakeholder coordination, and project management.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to translate insights into business actions.
• Experience in budget management and cross‑functional project management.
• Based in Istanbul (preferably on the Anatolian side).
