CEO Office Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑caliber CEO Office Manager to support our Executive Committee at the headquarters in Maslak, Istanbul. The role will drive strategic initiatives, provide decision‑support analysis, and ensure seamless execution of executive priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure strategic priorities, KPIs and action items are cascaded across the company and turned into actionable outcomes.
• Lead end‑to‑end management of strategic projects, coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and report risks, milestones and timelines to the Executive Committee.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor and customer analyses to generate actionable insights for growth and partnership opportunities.
• Prepare feasibility studies, business cases, financial analyses and high‑level presentations for executive meetings.
• Monitor implementation of Executive Committee decisions and represent the Committee in communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategy, business development, management consulting or corporate strategy.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of synthesizing complex topics into clear recommendations.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive executive information.
• Proven leadership experience, preferably working closely with CEOs or other C‑level executives.
