Director, Cappy Turkey

About the role

The Brand Director for Cappy Turkey will own the end‑to‑end Cappy agenda in one of the company’s most strategic growth markets. The role is responsible for delivering both business and brand objectives through the Annual Business Plan, integrated marketing, innovation and commercial execution, while shaping long‑term category growth with regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the Turkey Cappy business by achieving annual volume, revenue, profitability and market share targets.
• Define and execute the Cappy Annual Business Plan, ensuring flawless integration across marketing, commercial and system partners.
• Develop portfolio strategies that address diverse consumer needs, occasions, price points and consumption moments.
• Align Commercial, Franchise, Bottler, Media, Content, Human Insights, Studio X and Newsroom teams around common business objectives.
• Partner with Operating Unit category leaders to influence the Long‑Range Plan, innovation pipeline and portfolio architecture.
• Bring the voice of the Turkish consumer into regional discussions through strong consumer insight and business analysis.
• Optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI through rigorous performance management, experimentation and continuous optimisation.
• Build strong partnerships across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Franchise Operations, Commercial and external agency partners to ensure end‑to‑end delivery.

Required profile

• Highly commercial, consumer‑centric leader with a proven ability to connect strategy with execution.
• Strong collaborative skills to mobilise cross‑functional teams and drive sustainable business growth.
• Experience influencing long‑range planning, innovation pipelines and portfolio strategies.
• Deep understanding of the Turkish consumer market, category dynamics and brand health metrics.
