Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Eva is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help international eCommerce brands grow on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and other digital channels. You will work with performance data, advertising campaigns, product listings and marketplace strategies to boost traffic, conversions and profitability. The role is fully remote and ideal for an analytical, commercially‑minded professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of digital marketing and eCommerce growth strategies.
• Manage and optimise advertising campaigns on Amazon and other platforms.
• Analyse campaign and marketplace performance to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing and promotions.
• Conduct keyword, market and competitor research and perform account audits.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers, creative teams and marketplace operations.
• Prepare performance reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and permanently based in Turkey.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; interviews conducted in English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Positive, approachable personality with high accountability and ownership.
