Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of Brunch & Cake’s marketing strategy, overseeing campaigns, social media, branding, partnerships, events and promotions. The role ensures all marketing activities align with the brand’s image, standards and business objectives while coordinating with internal teams, agencies and franchise partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Brunch & Cake.
• Create and implement monthly and yearly marketing calendars and plans.
• Communicate and coordinate daily media requirements with the PR agency.
• Train and develop teams on brand guidelines, online presence and influencer campaigns.
• Design and implement customer satisfaction measurement strategies.
• Collect, monitor and respond to online ratings and customer feedback, reporting issues to the executive team.
• Maintain a unified brand identity across online and offline outlets, ensuring standards are communicated and applied.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates and industry best practices to enhance strategy.
• Plan and produce social media content calendars, including imagery, captions and strategic reposting.
• Manage community engagement on social platforms and review sites.
• Oversee planning and execution of events.
• Ensure consistency of Brunch & Cake’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and review platforms (Google Business, TripAdvisor, Zomato, Foursquare).
