Corporate Communications Manager / Executive

About the role

The Corporate Communications Manager / Executive will lead the development and execution of the company's communication strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. This role reports to senior leadership and collaborates with various departments to enhance the company's reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, implement and revise the corporate communication annual plan and the company's annual operation and sustainability report.
• Develop, update and measure 360‑degree communication plans for all stakeholders.
• Monitor daily media coverage, report to management, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Organize press conferences, draft press releases and interview texts, and coordinate distribution with agencies.
• Lead social media and digital PR projects, and create sponsorship and CSR initiatives.
• Manage internal and external communication processes, including leader communication and website updates.
• Produce e‑bulletins, magazines and other publications for the institution.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in corporate communications, media relations and crisis management.
• Proven experience in corporate social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation abilities.
• Team player with the ability to represent the company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
