Community Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, highly engaged Community Manager to scale our global reach and place the power of our community at the core of our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily engagement and drive active growth across Discord, Telegram, and X (Twitter).
• Oversee community operations, coordinate task boards, and manage ambassador/advocacy programs.
• Create agendas, prepare announcements, and moderate community Q&A for live events and AMAs.
• Analyze community sentiment and report weekly actionable insights to the operations and marketing teams.
• Translate ecosystem updates, campaign details, and technical developments into accessible, community‑friendly language.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, digital marketing, or online moderation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively manage our global community.
• Self‑motivated and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fully remote work setting.
• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to handle community queries and crises transparently and professionally.
