Marketing Specialist – Games

About the role

Gamegos is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive acquisition, retention and monetisation for its mobile games. The role combines performance campaign management, data analysis and creative production to reach millions of players worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise performance campaigns on Google Adwords, Facebook Ads and other channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with advertising partners.
• Analyse game and campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Tableau and internal tools.
• Identify insights for customer acquisition, retention and monetisation.
• Track and report the marketing budget.
• Conduct market research, trend monitoring and competitive analysis to shape marketing strategies.
• Oversee search optimisation on mobile app stores and manage in‑game offers and cross‑promotions.
• Lead social media content strategy and create AI‑generated visual and video creatives for campaigns.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably for mobile games.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical and logical capabilities.
• Effective communication and relationship‑management skills.
• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• Self‑starter, disciplined and motivated.
• Ability to work with technical and non‑technical team members in a fast‑paced environment.
