Export Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

Barkom Group seeks an Export Sales & Business Development Executive to expand its international customer base for drilling machines, rigs, and related equipment. Based at the Malıköy Anadolu OSB manufacturing site, you will drive export growth and nurture long‑term partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales activities aligned with company growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new customers, distributors, and partners in overseas markets.
• Research target countries to uncover business opportunities and growth areas.
• Manage the full sales cycle from quotation to order confirmation, delivery, and after‑sales support.
• Coordinate customer requirements with production, logistics, finance and other internal teams.
• Represent Barkom Group at international trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and pricing developments.
• Prepare periodic sales and market reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, international sales or business development, preferably in machinery or industrial equipment.
• Strong command of English; additional language is a plus.
• Good understanding of international trade and export processes.
• Willingness to travel internationally and a valid driving licence.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
