About the role
Guess, a leading global fashion brand, is looking for a Sales Assistant to join its team in Ankara. You will promote merchandise, deliver high‑quality customer service and help drive sales in a professional manner.
Key responsibilities
- Promote sales of merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell items or services at the point of service.
- Maintain a positive brand image and stay informed about industry trends.
- Seek innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
- Work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Required profile
- Open to candidates without prior experience; training will be provided.
