Solutions Architect – Cybersecurity Sales

About the role

Picus Security is looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect to drive technical sales engagements, help prospects understand the value of the Picus platform, and ensure smooth hand‑off to Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Account Executives in solution selling and drive technical engagements to secure wins.
• Create business cases, demos, presentations and RFP responses that showcase ROI and strategic alignment.
• Manage Proof‑of‑Concept projects with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Act as a trusted advisor, shaping growth plans, fostering long‑term relationships, and identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners and distributors, providing technical enablement and joint customer engagement support.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect, Security Architect or Pre‑Sales Engineer.
• Strong presentation, communication and business‑acumen skills, with a proven record of selling complex enterprise solutions.
• Professional security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC) are highly desirable.
• Experience working with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
