Fitness Trainer

About the role

As a Fitness Trainer you will support daily operations of the Health Club, delivering professional guidance to hotel guests and members while ensuring a safe, welcoming environment. You will create personalized fitness programs and contribute to an exceptional guest experience in line with Hilton standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional fitness guidance and support to guests and members.
• Create and implement individualized fitness programs.
• Conduct personal training sessions as needed.
• Monitor progress and motivate participants.
• Ensure safe execution of all exercises.
• Maintain accurate member and fitness records.
• Keep equipment and areas clean, safe, and well‑maintained.
• Support Health Club sales, promotions, and reception duties.
• Report maintenance, safety, or operational issues to the manager.
• Follow Hilton policies, health, safety, and fire regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant fitness trainer certification.
• Previous experience in a hotel, health club, or fitness environment (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused, service‑oriented attitude.
• Good knowledge of exercise techniques and training principles.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of English (advantage).
