About the role

The Housekeeping Attendant joins the Guest Environment team at Le Méridien Istanbul, delivering a clean, welcoming environment for guests. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maintaining the appearance and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas while supporting a memorable hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring fresh linens, tidy spaces, and high‑quality presentation.
• Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and restrooms to Marriott’s standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restocking carts and supplies as needed.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Handle objects up to 50 lb without assistance, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Uphold professional appearance, uniform standards, and clear communication with guests and team members.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, or move for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
• Professional demeanor, including appropriate uniform and personal appearance.
