IT Support Professional – Workplace & Digital Enablement

About the role

Join Bosch's Central IT team in Manisa as an IT Support Professional, focusing on workplace support and digital enablement. You will ensure seamless IT services for office and production environments while helping users adopt modern tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other workplace technologies.
• Manage the full hardware lifecycle, maintain local inventory and track stock proactively.
• Troubleshoot user requests for authorizations, accounts, software and industrial device connectivity.
• Collaborate with central/international IT teams and external partners on rollouts, restorations and site projects.
• Identify repetitive processes and create time‑saving automations using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deliver short, practical training sessions to bridge digital knowledge gaps and promote AI productivity assistants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support with knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong customer orientation, excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
