Key Account Manager – EU Expansion

About the role

Amazon is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its EU Expansion team. You will recruit and launch small‑ and medium‑sized sellers on Amazon’s marketplace, helping them grow by leveraging Amazon’s tools, data and best‑practice guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with new selling partners, providing data‑driven insights and advice to optimise their performance.
• Educate partners on Amazon’s delivery standards, customer experience expectations and self‑service tools.
• Enable partners to manage catalog, inventory and performance efficiently using Amazon’s systems.
• Achieve business and financial targets, driving third‑party revenue growth.
• Identify and roll out scalable solutions that improve the Marketplace for all sellers.
• Collaborate with global counterparts (EU, US, Asia) to share best practices and uncover new opportunities.
• Contribute to projects that enhance seller and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Turkish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of sales experience managing large accounts, with a proven track record of growth.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
