Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will act as the primary contact for guests and corporate clients, using sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining loyalty to the Marriott brand. This full‑time, onsite role supports the Sales & Marketing team in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest calls, requests, and problems, routing them to the appropriate department.
• Apply up‑selling and cross‑selling techniques to increase revenue and guest loyalty.
• Process reservations, changes, cancellations, and Marriott Rewards redemptions via phone, fax or email.
• Enter and manage Marriott Rewards data in the reservation system.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing to support Sales & Marketing.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation and loyalty‑program software.
