Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will lead the QA function for garments across womenswear, menswear and kidswear, ensuring that all products meet the company's quality standards, technical specifications and brand expectations. You will work closely with suppliers and factories in the region, driving compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Mango Manual/SOP and QA procedures, including AQL 2.5 standards, in both inline and final inspections.
• Train and support the QA team and supplier QA personnel on updated procedures and quality management system requirements.
• Review tech packs, approved samples and order recaps, providing clear guidelines and early alerts on potential issues.
• Plan, conduct and own complex collection inspections, monitor under‑performing factories and propose new suppliers that meet quality standards.
• Perform technical audits at supplier/factory level as assigned.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify root causes of quality problems and develop sustainable solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of QA experience in the textile/fashion industry, with direct work with factories in Turkey, Egypt or Tunisia.
• Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fitting, measurements, workmanship and finishing processes.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of Mango Manual/SOP and QA procedures.
• Proficiency with AQL 2.5 standards for inline and final inspections.
• Technical expertise across woven, C&S, knitwear and leather garments.
• Experience reviewing tech packs, approved samples and conducting technical audits.
