Regulatory Affairs Contractor – Turkey

About the role

This contractor position supports RSU Global’s regulatory and legal requirements for site activation across Turkey. The role combines feasibility analysis, business development support, regulatory submissions, and site start‑up coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate feasibility questionnaires, CDAs and regulatory packages with Clinical Monitoring, Site Contracts, and sponsors to enable rapid trial start‑up.
• Lead or review proposal strategy, costing and bid defence meetings in collaboration with Business Development and Project Management.
• Liaise with regulatory specialists to compile, track and submit regulatory dossiers, ensuring compliance with SOPs, ICH GCP and local legislation.
• Manage site activation resources, oversee regulatory requirements for site activation, and support staffing forecasts with HR and Finance.
• Record working hours in Tigermed/Opera CRO system, report project progress, and participate in internal meetings and trainings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regulatory affairs or clinical trial start‑up within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, local regulatory legislation and SOP compliance.
