Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, lead root‑cause analysis, and drive the design and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code across multi‑platform environments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for advanced incident management, troubleshooting infrastructure, containers and cloud services.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for major or recurring issues, document findings and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Maintain and evolve infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform and Helm, and optimise the CI/CD toolchain.
• Plan and execute high‑risk architectural changes, including cluster migrations and major upgrades.
• Analyse system performance, adjust resources and configurations for stability and cost optimisation.
• Create and update SOPs, runbooks and conduct training sessions.
• Manage Windows and Linux environments, IIS, HAProxy, RabbitMQ and Active Directory.
• Handle TLS certificate management and support Kubernetes clusters and AWS infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven incident‑management and root‑cause analysis skills.
• Fluent English (B2+ level) and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Windows and Linux administration, PowerShell, Bash scripting.
• Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm.
• AWS services: IAM, EKS, ASG, ALB/NLB, Route53.
• Ansible, IIS, HAProxy, RabbitMQ.
• Active Directory and TLS certificate management.
• PowerBI, Data Warehouse concepts, MS SQL.
• CI/CD pipeline development, troubleshooting and optimisation.
