Senior SEO Manager & Account Manager

About the role

This fully remote, full‑time position is for a senior SEO professional who will both design and execute SEO campaigns and act as the primary account manager for a portfolio of clients. You will guide strategy from keyword discovery through content creation, technical optimisation and performance reporting, helping businesses increase organic visibility and drive commercially valuable traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SEO client accounts, set expectations and deliver measurable results.
• Develop end‑to‑end SEO strategies, including keyword research, content planning, on‑page optimisation and internal linking.
• Conduct competitor and site audits to uncover content gaps, technical issues and link‑building opportunities.
• Create and optimise high‑quality, search‑engine‑focused content aligned with user intent and business goals.
• Execute off‑page activities such as outreach and backlink acquisition.
• Monitor performance using analytics and specialised SEO tools, adjust tactics and produce regular reports.
• Educate clients on SEO best practices, emerging trends and the commercial value of organic search.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience covering on‑page, content, technical and off‑page SEO.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing SEO campaigns for external clients.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting results to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
