Software Craftsperson – Flutter & React (Remote, Turkey)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Software Craftsperson with strong expertise in Flutter and React to join a remote‑first team based in Turkey. You will build high‑quality mobile features, tackle medium‑sized engineering challenges, and continuously improve the codebase through test‑driven development and pragmatic practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver product features and small‑to‑medium engineering tasks.
• Apply sound technical judgment to create reliable, maintainable, and pragmatic solutions.
• Break down ambiguous problems, identify risks, and communicate dependencies early.
• Deliver incremental MVPs frequently while upholding a high quality bar.
• Write clean, test‑driven code and refactor existing implementations.
• Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate design, testing, and delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining mobile apps for both Android and iOS.
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of feature‑level outcomes.
