About the role

Raffles Istanbul is seeking a dedicated Steward to join its hotel kitchen team. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene while supporting a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment efficiently.
Ensure all kitchen areas meet strict hygiene and safety standards.
Assist the kitchen team with cleaning, waste handling, and stock replenishment.
Monitor and report any equipment issues or safety concerns.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, dynamic team.
Minimum secondary education and 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Willingness to work long hours and adapt to changing schedules.
Physically fit to meet the demands of the role.
