Stewarding Manager

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Stewarding Department as an efficient and productive cost centre.
• Maintain an organized and clean back‑of‑house area within Food and Beverage operations.
• Provide all kitchens, outlets and banquet areas with clean operating equipment, aligned with expected business levels.
