Account Executive – Customer Growth & Retention

About the role

Join CHEP, a global leader in pallet and container pooling, as an Account Executive based in Istanbul. You will manage a portfolio of major and mid‑tier customers, driving revenue growth, retention and supply‑chain efficiency across FMCG, manufacturing and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of customers, ensuring alignment with CHEP’s strategy and achieving revenue and satisfaction targets.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals and proposals, delivering terms that meet customer needs while supporting business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the sales funnel and collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans.
• Monitor account performance, conduct business reviews and provide insights to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer‑facing, field‑based role, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing or supply‑chain sectors.
• Proven track record in commercial negotiation, customer communication and project management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and ERP systems such as Siebel, BW, SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical abilities and advanced MS Office skills.
