Account Manager – Automotive B2C Sales

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager focused on B2C sales within the automotive sector, based in Istanbul. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and representing our company to a diverse portfolio of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and pursue them to meet sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals that address customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and accurate reporting to management.
• Manage accounts of all sizes, acting as the external representative and internal liaison.
• Attend client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to expand the network.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or account management within B2C environments.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Ability to understand client positioning, product differentiation, and competitive landscape.
