Account Manager, Baking – Central Asia

About the role

Join Novonesis as an Account Manager for Baking in Central Asia, driving strategic growth through enzyme‑based baking and milling solutions. You will work within a six‑person Baking Middle East sales team, collaborating with regional and global colleagues to bring innovative technologies to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Translate market developments, customer needs, and baking/milling trends into sustainable sales opportunities across Central Asia.
• Develop relationships with key customers, introduce Novonesis technologies, and co‑create new business opportunities.
• Lead commercial projects from concept and trials through implementation and growth.
• Coordinate with technical service, marketing, and supply operations on trials, demand planning, and order fulfilment.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements while providing market intelligence.

Required profile

• MSc or MBA in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a relevant sales or business‑development role.
• Fluency in Russian and English, strong commercial acumen and ability to travel frequently across Central Asia.
• Strategic, goal‑oriented, and capable of independent ownership while collaborating across global teams.

Required skills

• Experience promoting technical products.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
