Regional Account Manager – Neurology

About the role

The Regional Account Manager will manage a designated territory, driving disease and product awareness for ultra‑rare neurological conditions. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals, supporting diagnosis pathways, and achieving market development objectives in line with local regulations and company values.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with healthcare professionals to raise awareness of ultra‑rare neurological diseases.
• Develop and follow a business plan, analysing accounts to increase disease and product awareness.
• Check hospital pharmacy availability and coordinate weekly distribution plans.
• Utilise medical and marketing tools effectively to support strategies.
• Identify and test high‑risk patients, and establish a key opinion leader (KOL) network.
• Prepare and present clinical data to medical audiences for disease awareness.
• Report pharmacovigilance events, product quality complaints, and medical information requests within 24 hours.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hospital business experience, preferably in neurology therapeutic areas.
• Pharmaceutical key account management experience in neurology.
• Proven relationship‑building skills with healthcare professionals and physicians.
• Excellent knowledge of Turkish pharmaceutical regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously, highly organized, and willing to travel within the territory.
• Scientific degree or equivalent relevant experience.
