Senior Specialist – 2nd Hand Marketplace Growth

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to drive growth of our 2nd‑hand marketplace. You will coordinate marketing, CRM, and business‑development initiatives to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement marketing, CRM, and campaign tools to boost marketplace growth.
• Drive new business development and partnership initiatives with third‑party partners.
• Plan and execute the marketing calendar, including ATL and BTL activities.
• Deliver, track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, communications, PR, and customer‑relations teams to optimise growth strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial role within an online or technology business.
• Background in business development, partnership management, or field sales.
• Strong negotiation, decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven track record of taking projects from idea to implementation in a large organisation.

Required skills

• Experience with digital business models, preferably e‑commerce or consumer‑facing platforms.
• Proficiency in analysing customer lifecycle and designing automated journeys.
